#yespoelman – use of photos
At Poelman, we love seeing how our products are used. Customers regularly share photos on social media featuring our products. We may collect and display these photos on our website or social media channels to inspire others.
When we would like to use your photo, we will first ask for your permission. If you reply with #yespoelman to our request (for example on Instagram or other social media), you give Poelman permission to use your photo or video.
What does giving permission mean?
By replying with #yespoelman, you give Poelman permission to use your photo or video for marketing and communication purposes, for example on our website, social media channels and in newsletters.
Ownership of the content
The photo or video remains yours. You only give Poelman permission to use and display the content.
Whenever possible, we will credit your social media account when sharing the photo.
Conditions for use
By giving permission you confirm that:
- you are the creator of the photo/video or have permission from the creator
- everyone visible in the content has given permission
- the content does not infringe on the rights of third parties
- the content is suitable for public use
Poelman reserves the right not to use or to remove content.
Withdraw permission
Would you like your photo to be removed? Please contact us via cs@poelmanbv.com. We will remove the content as soon as possible.
