For orders below €50, the shipping costs are €2.50.

At the moment, we ship orders exclusively to the provided home address. The carrier used to ship your order depends on the delivery country:

Belgium → Bpost
Germany → DHL
France → Colis Privé
Austria → Österreichische Post
Spain → Correos
Italy → Poste Italiane

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace to follow your package.

Yes. When we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, you will receive an email from the carrier with the track & trace code, allowing you to track your order.

You can track your package using the track & trace code. If the courier visited while you were not at home, you can see this in the track & trace information. It will also show what the courier did with your package, for example if it was delivered to your neighbors, if another delivery attempt will be made, or if the courier delivered your package to a nearby pickup point.

After you have completed your order, it is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible in our warehouse. Because your order may already be in the shipping process, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address.
