Yes, you certainly can! Easily pay later with Klarna. This is available in the following countries:

Is the item too big, too small, or not quite what you expected?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The costs are €2.50

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, please let us know by sending an email to cs@poelmanbv.com.
After that, you can return the items to us within 14 days.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Please note: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The costs are €2,50.

Return steps:

  1. Notify us of your withdrawal from the purchase by sending an email to cs@poelmanbv.com
  2. Pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging.

  3. The return label is included with your order. Attach it to the shipping box.

  4. Deliver the package to the correct carrier in your country:

    Netherlands → DHL
    Belgium → Bpost
    Germany → DHL
    France → Colissimo
    Austria → Österreichische Post
    Spain → Correos
    Italy → Poste Italiane

    Did you not receive a return label? Please send an email to cs@poelmanbv.com and request a new return label. Make sure to include your order number (this starts with PB0).

    You have a 6-month warranty on your order. During this period, we will be happy to assist you with any manufacturing or quality issues. The warranty only covers manufacturing or quality defects that occur during normal use of the product.

    Please note: the warranty only applies to shoes that were ordered directly through our webshop.
