No, it is not necessary to register your return in advance. You can return the items directly using the return label included with your order.
Did you not receive a return label? Please contact us at cs@poelmanbv.com and mention your order number (this starts with PB0).
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The 14-day period starts on the day you, or someone designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the product.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending the items back to us within this period. Once we have received your return, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Please note: return costs are €2.50. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Return steps:
Pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging.
The return label is included with your order. Attach it to the shipping box.
Deliver the package to the correct carrier in your country:
Netherlands → DHL
Belgium → Bpost
Germany → DHL
France → Colissimo
Austria → Österreichische Post
Spain → Correos
Italy → Poste Italiane
