Create an account, fill in your details, and you will officially become a Poelman Member!
You earn points with every purchase in your personal account. Points are automatically added to your account.
For every €2 you spend, you receive 1 point. Once you have collected 50 points, you can convert them into a €5 discount voucher.
You can view your points under “My account” > Loyalty program > Dashboard.
Points are valid for 6 months from the date you earned them.
Points can be redeemed in your personal account by converting them into a voucher. This voucher can be redeemed in the loyalty program overview under “Redeem voucher” or in the shopping cart, where you will receive your exclusive discount.

Points are added 28 days after your order. We do this after the return period has expired.
Once the points have been added, you will be able to find them in your account. You will also receive an email notification.
